The Odisha Society of the Americas (OSA) is the largest social and cultural association for Odias in North America established in 1969 by few visionary Odias. OSA has grown into thousands of life members and organizes an Annual convention in different cities. It marks a grand celebration of Odia culture, life and rich tradition in a setting where for three days the attendees get a feeling of being in Odisha immersed in Odia values.

OSA convention, this year, will fall into its 56th year.OSA leverages the distinguished audience and a widespread mix of personalities to discuss issues affecting the NRI community including cultural identity, the future of the community, its role in an increasingly dynamic and globalized economy and engaging the next generation.

There are plenty of networking opportunities, social gatherings, re-unions, literary readings and cultural performances, drama etc. all dealing with Odia culture. The goal of this year’s convention is to emphasize the paradigm of the conference with a focus on “unity, culture and prosperity” through socialization and entertainment, emphasis on the exchange of ideas to create a cohesive Odias to unite, inspire the next generation to unite, and leave a legacy for the future for unity. OSA 2025 plans to bring members from all generations from all over North America and world to join hand together to make the 56th OSA celebration a grand success aligning with its theme –  ଏକତା ସଂସ୍କୃତି ସମୃଦ୍ଧି
