Registration Instructions

1. All registrations need to be completed online. In case of technical issue with on-line registration, please download the Registration form and fill the form manually, and then mail by post. The Signature, Date, Check Number or PayPal confirmation number are mandatory requirements. You may use our Registration Help line to get help in registration.
2. All registrants living in the USA or Canada must be a registered member of OSA. If you are not currently a member, you need to become a member to attend the convention.
3. The Check should be payable to “OSA 56TH CONVENTION 2025”. Please mention in memo, “towards OSA 56TH CONVENTION 2025” and the Registration confirmation number.

5. All Check should be mailed within 15 days from the date of registration (Signature date in case of paper registration form to revisit). All check should be received by June 10.
