Cancellation policy:
1. Any registration cancellation before June 10th 2025, subjected to 50$ deduction of the total amount will be refunded fully subjected to deduction of PayPal/Credit card transaction fee. Any cancellation after June 10th 2025, the registration amount will be forfeited.
2. Any meal cancellation before June 10 2025, subjected to 50$ deduction of the total amount will be refunded fully subjected to deduction of PayPal/Credit card transaction fee. Any cancellation after June 10th 2025, the meal amount will be forfeited due to contractual obligation.
